About This Project:
Project snapshot: After nearly ten years of not being painted, this home’s substrates were cracked, faded, chalked, and waterlogged. LIME’s plan was to ensure maximum preparation to re-establish integrity in the substrates prior to topcoat application. We replaced fifty-five boards on this home. They came from the siding, trim, window seals, brick molding, deck caps, deck railings, and fascia panels. Once the boards were replaced, a lifetime warranty elastomeric caulk (SherMax from Sherwin Williams) was applied in all cracks, joints, and seams for a maximum water seal. Upon completion of preparation, LIME applied the industry’s best paint—Duration by Sherwin Williams. Duration is also a lifetime application and is twice as thick as the standard paints. This project was themed by quality prep, quality product, custom results, and will net a lasting impression for at least ten years. #GETLIMED
